About Brooke
Brooke holds over a decade of hands on, animal experience including pet care, veterinary assistance, pet rescue, wildlife rescue, pet boarding, grooming and doggy daycare.
In 2019, Brooke became a “foster fail” pet parent of a fearful and anxious puppy. While working with a very skilled dog trainer, Brooke found a new passion in pet care, Dog Training.

Kanga is a Potcake Dog, rescued from the Bahamas. Like many rescue puppies, her fear based anxiety arrived during her maturity. With the guidance of an experienced dog trainer, caring pet care teams, a "big" chihuahua sis and a "Mom" that will never give up on her, Kanga continues to develop her social skills and confidence, using positive reinforcement training.

Based in Duncan Oklahoma, Kanga U’s mission is to help Pet Parents and Pets bridge the gap of dog/human communications, creating happier, healthier dog/human relationships.
Brooke's goal is to decrease the number of pets returned to rescues and kill shelters through fun, affordable, positive reinforcement dog training.

Puppy S.T.A.R 6-week Training
Kanga U's 6-week Puppy S.T.A.R. training class is the puppy version of AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program. We focus on 4 elements: Socialization, Training, Activity and Responsibility.
Adult 4-week Basic Training
Kanga U's 4-week Adult Basic Class offers basic cue training (sit, stay, down) in addition to leash manners. You and your dog will interact with the entire class, learning to behave and respond to new people as well as performing their basic training cues in a high distraction environment.
Stephens County Humane Society
Kanga U Dog Training is happy to donate training time to dogs available for immediate adoption that need a little time away from the shelter and some additional training before adoption.
